ChernAir Virtual is the national airline of the fictional Republic of Chernarus, offering a unique virtual aviation experience that blends realistic airline operations with an immersive simulated world. Built around community, flexibility, and creativity, ChernAir welcomes pilots of all experience levels — whether you enjoy casual flying or structured airline progression.
Pilots operate flights throughout the heart of Central Europe, primarily across the Czech Republic region and neighboring countries, reflecting Chernarus’ geographic setting. From short regional hops in turboprops and narrow-body aircraft to larger international routes, ChernAir pilots are free to fly the aircraft they enjoy most with no aircraft restrictions.
All flights are tracked through FS HUB, where pilots can complete tours, log their flights, and build their personal aviation career within the airline. Our tours and operations are designed to give pilots structured goals while still maintaining the flexibility to fly at their own pace.
Beyond aviation, the Chernarus community offers a larger simulated world for those interested in deeper immersion. Members can optionally follow and participate in simulated national sports leagues, elections, government events, and news, creating a living country where aviation is just one part of a larger story.
Pilots can join group flights, take part in community events, and help build the national airline of Chernarus as it expands across Europe.
