Vintage World Airways VWA

We are a community of Sim Pilots who enjoy flying during the Vintage Ages of Aviation (1909-1959).

• Authentic Routes organized by Airline with their proper Fleets for the time period.
• Airships, Aircraft, to and from recreated Vintage Airfields (scenery where available, helicopters, gliders to be added).

Content

• Incorporated the use of the 1935 Collection of Airfields available at Redwing Simulations and content by various other developers linked in every route's notes field for ease of access.
• Scenery, Addons, Mods, Liveries, also listed at Vintage World Airways Collections
• Creators Group which creates Vintage Content and for those who would like to learn.

You do not have to own all the Vintage Airfields or Airplanes to fly in VWA. You can build your collection over time and in the meantime fly as you normally would.

Flights

• Achievements: Flights of Historical Aviation Events.
• Assignments: Short duration hourly flights that vary as missions.
• Company Routes (Vintage Airlines): Aeropostale, Air France, Lufthansa, KLM, TWA, Eastern, American, United and more.
• Flight Time: Fly any Vintage plane, anywhere under LRM Profile: [VWA] Vintage World Airways.

Economy

• CR: Pilots earn CR (Credit) for flight time.
• CR Bonus: Earned for flying Achievements, Assignments and Company Routes.
• Aeroconomy is being implemented by fshub.
