Welcome to virtual Medical Air Service, the virtual airline for ambulance flights. You can choose your aircraft and fly any route you like, we have no restrictions on aircraft types and we hope to have more interesting missions soon. vMAS pilots can undertake the career of a Virtual Air Ambulance pilot, choosing our Air Ambulance locations to base from, and using helicopter models as well as jets.
