It's not just the Vikings that Denmark is known for, did you know that LEGO® is danish or that the author of The Little Mermaid (Hans Christian Andersen) and many other childrens' book is from Denmark?

If you like Castles, Denmark has a ton of them and so, consider learning about the Danish history and visit some of these amazing homes of the Danish Royal Family at these stunning castles.

Denmark is also known for some beautifully coloured towns and quaint villages - there's something relaxing about wandering through these old historic and pretty streets, it's almost as if time stood still!

If you're into wildlife - Denmark is also home to seven UNESCO world heritage sites providing natural wonders and historical treasures.
