Mission Objectives Phase 1 – Scramble Start engines immediately. Taxi without delay and perform a maximum-performance departure from Nellis Air Force Base.

Phase 4 – Transit With the airspace secured, continue south toward the California coast. The long transit offers an opportunity to practice fuel planning, navigation, and formation procedures while enjoying breathtaking scenery over the Mojave Desert, mountain ranges, and finally the Pacific coastline.

Phase 5 – Recovery Arrive at NAS Miramar. Perform a military overhead break or standard tactical approach before landing. Taxi to the squadron ramp for debriefing.
