Hidden beneath the streets of Edinburgh lies a network of abandoned vaults once occupied by merchants, criminals, and the poorest residents of the city. Countless visitors have reported sudden drops in temperature, unexplained scratches, whispers in complete silence, and shadow figures moving through the darkness. Paranormal investigators frequently rank the vaults among Europe's most active haunted locations.
