[Source: en.everybodywiki.com] San Marino Executive Aviation, or SMEA, was established in March 2018 by an airline pilot and an aeronautical engineer. Despite receiving its first aircraft in October 2019, it only started operations in March 2020, flying mainly between Italy and China to carry medical equipment required for the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

San Marino Executive Aviation fleet consists of one single aircraft, as of November 2020. An Airbus A300B4-622R(F), registration T7-ASK (msn 733). The aircraft is 26.6 years old. Painted in white, displaying the company's logo on the front fuselage. On the aft port section of the fuselage, the San Marino flag is painted alongside the Italian flag and a sentence written in italian:

Non perdete la Speranza - (Do not lose hope) Non arrendetevi - (Don't give up) E' tempo di restare uniti - (It is time to stay united)

On the aft starboard section of the fuselage, the San Marino flag is painted alongside the French flag and a sentence written in French:

L'union fait la force, ensemble nous vaincrons - (Unity is strength, together we shall overcome)

These messages are referring to the response to the COVID-19 pandemic by several organisations and leaders throughout the world, calling for worldwide unity and solidarity to better face this crisis.
