Founded in 2025 by a passionate group of Welsh aviation enthusiasts, EasyWelsh was born from a simple idea: to celebrate the vibrant flying culture of Wales and the South West while keeping virtual aviation fun, friendly, and fantastically Welsh.

Inspired by the no-nonsense, low-cost spirit of real-world budget carriers, we've created a virtual airline that's all about accessibility, community, and a healthy dose of Celtic charm. Whether you're a seasoned sim pilot or just earning your virtual wings, Croeso — you're welcome here.

Based primarily at Cardiff (EGFF) and Bristol (EGGD), EasyWelsh operates a network of routes connecting Wales and the West Country to destinations across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. From quick hops to Belfast and Dublin, to sun-soaked flights to Alicante and Faro, we've got routes to suit every mood and every schedule.

Our fleet keeps things simple and efficient, just like the real budget carriers:

We support all major flight simulator platforms and welcome both online (VATSIM/IVAO) and offline flying. No strict schedules, no mandatory routes, no activity quotas — just fly when you want, where you want, and have a great time doing it.

Our ICAO code is EZW, and membership is completely free. The only things we ask? Keep your landing rate under -600fpm (if you can), log your flights, and bring a bit of hwyl (enthusiasm) to everything you do.
