Depart from SBSV, fly to and land at GFLL (1,980 NM). The total flight time must not exceed 5 hrs 10 minutes. Your aircraft must not exceed 42,000 ft (ASL) and 550 kts (TAS). Your landing rate must not exceed 500 f/m.
