At only 1.7nm in length and lasting only about 90 seconds from takeoff to landing, the shortest commercial flight in the world is Papa Westray (EGEP) to Westray (EGEW) in the Orkney Islands in Scotland.

You won't even need to retract your flaps after takeoff because you'll immediately need them to land a few seconds later!
